What we collect and why

Booking requests. When you send a request we store what you enter: name, email, phone, company, message, the stage, the dates and hours, and any props or extras you pick. We use them to answer you, to confirm and run your booking and to issue the invoice. Legal basis: steps taken at your request before a contract, and the contract itself (GDPR art. 6(1)(b)), plus our tax obligations (art. 6(1)(c)).

Emails and calls. If you write or call us (including through WhatsApp or Viber), we keep the conversation for as long as it is needed to answer you and to run your booking.

Protection from abuse. To stop spam and attacks on the forms, the server keeps your IP address together with the action you took for up to 24 hours, then deletes it. Legal basis: our legitimate interest in keeping the site safe (art. 6(1)(f)).

Visit statistics. We count page views without cookies. We do not store your IP address: each visit gets a code that cannot be traced back to you and changes every day. We keep only the page, the language, the type of device, the browser and the site you came from. Legal basis: our legitimate interest in knowing how the site is used (art. 6(1)(f)).

Cookies and storage in your browser

The site uses only technical cookies, which it needs in order to work: a session cookie for the booking form and the admin area, and a short-lived cookie (one hour) when someone previews a different look of the site. The props you pick are kept in your own browser (local storage) until you send the request. There are no advertising, tracking or social media cookies, so we do not ask for consent.

Who else sees your details

We do not sell your details and we do not use them for advertising. They are stored by the company that hosts this site and its email, which processes them only on our behalf. We may also share them with our accountant for invoicing, or with public authorities when the law requires it. The fonts and photos of the site are served from our own server, so your visit is not shared with Google or other third parties. Links to Google Maps, Instagram, Facebook, WhatsApp and Viber open those services, which have their own privacy terms.

How long we keep them

Requests that do not become a booking are kept for up to 12 months. Confirmed bookings and their invoices are kept for as long as Greek tax law requires (usually 5 years). After that we delete them.

Your rights

You can ask to see your details, correct them, delete them, limit their use, receive them in a common file format, or object to their use. Write to info@boulevart.gr and we will answer within one month. If you think we have not handled your details properly, you can complain to the Hellenic Data Protection Authority (www.dpa.gr, Kifisias 1-3, 115 23 Athens).

Security

The site works only over an encrypted connection (HTTPS), and the admin area needs a personal password. Only the people who handle bookings can see your details.

Changes

If we change this page, the date at the top changes too. See also our terms of booking and use.
