Terms of booking and use

These terms apply to this site and to bookings of the stages, props and equipment of Boulevart Studios, Paktouriou 3, Agios Dimitrios 173 42, Athens (email info@boulevart.gr, phone +30 210 9962213). Anything agreed in writing for a specific booking takes priority over them.

1. Booking

The booking form sends a request, not a booking. A booking exists only once we confirm it to you in writing (by email or message), with the final cost and any specific terms for it. Until then the dates are not held.

2. Prices and payment

The prices on the site are indicative and do not include VAT, which is added to the final amount. The final cost, any deposit and the way of payment are set in the confirmation. The site does not take payments.

3. Changes and cancellations

Ask for any change or cancellation in writing as early as you can. The cancellation terms and any charges are those stated in the confirmation of your booking. If we must cancel for a reason on our side, we offer another date or return whatever you have paid.

4. Time

The booked time includes setting up, the shoot and packing up. Time beyond the booking is charged at the rate in the confirmation, and only if the stage is free.

5. Use of the space

You are responsible for your team, your guests and your equipment while you are in the studio, and you follow the instructions of our staff. Smoking, open flames, pyrotechnics, smoke machines, water outside the pool area and any change to walls, floors or rigging need our approval first. You leave the spaces as you found them. Damage to the spaces, the props or the equipment is charged at the cost of repair or replacement.

6. Props and equipment

Props and equipment are handed over in good condition and are returned the same way, on the agreed date. Anything lost or damaged is charged at the cost of repair or replacement.

7. Safety and liability

Each production is responsible for the safety and insurance of its own people and equipment. We are not responsible for personal items left in the studio, or for delays and losses caused by events beyond our control (such as power cuts, extreme weather or orders of the authorities). Nothing in these terms limits liability that the law does not allow to be limited.

8. Photos and content

What you shoot in the studio belongs to you. With your permission we may share images from your production on the site or on social media. The photos, texts and design of this site belong to Boulevart Studios and may not be used without our permission.

10. Law and disputes

These terms are governed by Greek law. We will try to solve any disagreement directly with you first. Otherwise the courts of Athens have jurisdiction, without prejudice to any rights a consumer has under the law.
